Boiler Plant Retrofit Project

This project involved the replacement of the existing boiler plant of 1,000 MBH capacity. The design decoupled the domestic hot water system from the heating plant for energy savings in summer when heat is off. Both systems used primary-secondary configuration to decouple system pumps.
