Services

We provide mechanical engineering design for building services in the areas of HVAC, plumbing & drainage, and fire protection.

From concept design through contract documents and construction, we focus on code-compliant, energy-conscious systems that are coordinated with architecture, structure, and your project team.

HVAC Design

Heating, cooling, and ventilation systems sized and documented for your building type—from load calculations and equipment selection to distribution layouts, ventilation rates, energy compliance, and clear basis-of-design narratives for permit and construction.

  • Block loads & psychrometrics
  • Central plants, VRF, and applied equipment
  • Ductwork, hydronics, exhaust, & dedicated outdoor air

Plumbing & Drainage Design

Potable hot and cold water, drainage, vents, pumps, specialties, and storm management coordinated with architectural cores, structure, geotech, and civil—aligned with plumbing code expectations and sensible maintenance access.

  • Domestic rise & booster strategies
  • Sanitary, venting, sump & ejector packages
  • Interceptors & specialty piping where required

Fire Protection Systems Design

Performance-based sprinkler concepts, sprinkler layout coordination, alarm & detection interfaces, hydrant/site lines per civil, and iterative reviews with Authorities Having Jurisdiction and your commissioning team.

  • Sprinklers & hose allowance
  • Standpipes & cabinet coordination
  • Fire pump assemblies & controllers

Controls Systems Design

Sequences that match how the building really operates—not generic boilerplate—with points lists, BACnet integration intent, metering, trending, alarms, owner training hooks, and DDC subcontractor bidding alignment.

  • Points & BACnet object intent
  • Schedules & economizer logic
  • TAB & commissioning handoff readiness
